Andreea Trif — Vice-President

Andreea Trif is the founder of TRIF Safety, a health and safety consulting company. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science from York University in the UK. With extensive experience across industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, transportation, and government, Andreea brings valuable insights to her role.

She is thrilled to join the Lambda Foundation’s Board of Directors, where she aims to advance its mission of expanding educational access. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a strong corporate background, Andreea is also a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, working to foster supportive environments in her professional and volunteer roles. With a multicultural perspective and a commitment to 2SLGBTQ+ support, she believes that embracing diversity strengthens organizations. In her free time, Andreea enjoys outdoor activities and travelling.
