Delta Hoffmann — Director

Delta Hoffmann (they/them) is a queer Latine academic, community organizer and digital communicator.

They volunteer as a co-facilitator for a 2SLGBTQIA+ adult peer support group at Cornwall Diversity, moderate a QTBIPOC online book club, provide Portuguese and Spanish translation for immigrant solidarity groups, and are an active member of the Montreal LGBTQ+ Community Centre.

Professionally, Delta brings over a decade of experience across social media and digital platforms, having built content for both brands and mission-driven organizations.

They hold an MSc in Neuroscience & Psychology from King’s College London, where their master’s thesis examined intimate partner violence and mental health outcomes among transgender Latinx individuals in the United States.

They are honoured to join the Lambda Board.
