Congratulations to Maii Fallar, Lambda Scholarship Tuition Award Recipient at Concordia
Maii Fallara, Bachelor of Arts, Specialization, English Literature, is the 2023-2024 award recipient.
In a letter submitted to Concordia, Maii expressed gratitude for the scholarship, which significantly eased their financial burdens and allowed them to focus on their studies.
They are determined to achieve their Fine Arts degree and move to Europe to pursue their passion professionally.
Their goal is to create a sanctuary where art and nature intertwine, a gallery nestled within a winery and vineyard. They aim to leave an indelible mark with a collection that resonates deeply with emotions and memories.
Outside of their studies, they participated in their first major solo exhibition, which enriched their university experience by applying academic knowledge in real-world settings and fostering creativity.
