Victoria Snell — Secretary

Victoria Snell is a Senior Business Operations Manager with extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination across complex organizational environments. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong organizational skills, Victoria brings a thoughtful and people-centered approach to governance and community engagement.

Victoria is honoured to join the Board of Directors of the Lambda Foundation, where she looks forward to supporting the foundation’s mission of advancing education, inclusion, and community empowerment. Passionate about creating positive and supportive environments, she is committed to contributing her professional experience and perspective to help strengthen the organization and its impact.

Outside of her professional career, Victoria enjoys travelling, hiking, camping, and spending time with her daughter and her beloved Alaskan Malamute Shepherd, Luna “Big Fluff.” She also has a growing passion for aviation and is currently learning to fly.
